21st Century Miracles I : Breaking Barriers

This technology is on its way to breaking down age old barriers. Legend has it the tower of Babble was the impetus of all linguistic misunderstanding in humanity, but no matter the origin, language barriers have been such a pervasive issue throughout history that the modern world seems to be on the point of adopting english as a universal language. Here to speed the process of global language along is a real time translator application. This incredibly simple yet seemingly ingenious product is, I'm sure, plagued with shortcomings for now, but I would guess it is head and shoulders above traditional routes. This product represents a simple solution to universal need and is especially relevant to me at the moment as I am updating my blog from a French speaking district in Montreal and was wishing I could communicate beyond the essential phrases.
