Collapsable I : Making Space

This product hit close to home as someone who frequently bikes in an urban environment. A few years ago I decided it was impractical for me to wear a helmet for my short ride to and from school due to the unwieldy shape and size of the object. I deemed safety impractical simply because it was unable to fit in my bag. While I was busy making great choices like that, some genius came up with a bike helmet that folds on itself to reduce its storage side while somehow exceeding crash safety standards. Just goes to show you that every inconvenience could be an oportunity for design.
